• Send a letter home with each student/member encouraging them to:
          a. Purchase the calendar to help the school's fundraising attempts.
          b. Purchase 5 more for family, friends, or co-workers.  (They make great Christmas gifts)
          c. Sell 5 more to family, friends and co-workers for Christmas gifts.

• Offer incentives to students for their efforts in the fundraiser:
          a. If purchase or sell 5 or more, they can keep the one sent home for free.  Pay for 4, get 5.
          b. Ice cream float or sundae for those students who sell/buy 5 or more.
          c. Pizza party for those students who sell 10 or more.
          d. Larger prizes for those who sell more and an outstanding prize for the one who sells the most.
