Terms of Agreement for 2013 Calendar Fundraiser

Minimum Quantity Order:
The minimum quantity for the discount price ($6.00 non-refundable or $7.00 refundable) is 25 calendars.  There are no refunds on these first 25 calendars purchased.

Shipping Info:
Calendars will be shipped upon receipt of a Purchase Order, or check received, or payment via credit card for total number of calendars ordered, and total shipping amount.  Calendars are shipped by USPS in priority flat rate boxes, plus confirmation, allowing Color of Language and our customers to track their shipment (an email address must be provided if the customer wishes to receive tracking information).  The total for shipping is $15.00 per 25-50 calendars. The priority flat rate box arrives 3-5 business days after shipping.

Payment Info:
Color of Language’s payment terms are net-30.  This means your payment in full for your calendars is due 30 days from the date of your invoice, which is the same date as when your order will be shipped.  Other payment terms can be made by contacting our office.

Return Policies:
Calendars purchased at $6.00 each are non-returnable/non-refundable. No refunds will be given.

Any unsold, UNDAMAGED calendars purchased at $7.00 each may be returned, at purchaser's expense, before *April 1, 2013* for a full refund less a ten percent (10% restocking fee) and less original shipping charges.  Refunds are paid only after payment for the minimum order of 25 calendars is received (i.e. If you order 50 calendars, we can refund on 25 or less calendars, not the entire 50 purchased).

After April 1, 2013 the refund policy is null and void, however, a store credit *may* be issued for the next year's calendars.

**PLEASE READ**

WHEN RETURNING CALENDARS:
1. Be sure to check calendars carefully for any damage, wrap in bubble wrap and return in a box that fits snuggly to prevent sliding and damaging corners and edges. If calendars are damaged we cannot accept them for a refund AND cannot return them to you. The reason we do accept calendars to be returned is that we can still sell them when undamaged. We also can prepare them and laminate them as posters. But, if they are damaged, we cannot resell them or use them.

2. Post office Priority flat rate boxes shipping rates are approximately $15.00 and will hold up to 50 calendars. They should arrive to Color of Language in 3-5 business days.

3. We strongly recommend that you pay any additional amount for a confirmation on the returned package. Adding a confirmation allows you to track the shipment, in case it doesn't arrive quickly or doesn't arrive at all. Although we have never had that happen, it is always better to be safe than sorry.

4. You will receive your refund in approximately 4-8 weeks after calendars are received, checked for damage and re-stocked.  If any calendars are damaged, you will be immediately notified and these calendars will be deducted from your refund.
